The problem
Bom Controle is one of the most complete ERPs on the market, offering robust features for managing financial activities, sales, CRM, service desk, inventory, and BPM. Although designed as a web application, the lack of a native app for Android and iOS represented a significant competitive disadvantage.
The solution
The development of the Bom Controle app involved a complete UI/UX process. Initially, prototyped wireframes were created to validate the interactions and navigation flows before applying the creative concept, ensuring high fidelity between the design and the final product. Our development team adopted a phased delivery approach, allowing the modules to be validated individually by the Bom Controle team. The app was fully integrated with the APIs provided by the client, and all documentation and versioning were carried out with the intention of enabling future handoff and maintenance by the client's internal development team.
