1. About UEEK

UEEK Soluções Digitais develops software, digital products and artificial intelligence solutions for companies. We are located at R. Heitor Villa Lobos, 525, Orion Parque, room 203, Lages/SC, Brazil, and can be reached at suporte@ueek.digital.

2. Using the site

The site presents UEEK, our services and cases, and offers contact and booking forms and free assessments. By using it, you agree to:

• provide true information that is yours, or that you are authorized to provide;
• not submit illegal or offensive content, viruses or anything that infringes third-party rights;
• not try to access restricted areas, overload the site or automate form submissions;
• not use the site for purposes other than those described here.

3. Forms and communications

To submit a form, we ask you to agree to receive communications from UEEK. We use your email to reply to you, send assessment results and send communications and marketing content. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in our emails or by writing to suporte@ueek.digital.

How we handle data is described in our Privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

4. AI Map and Check-up

The AI Map and the Check-up are free, indicative assessments. The AI Map uses a third-party artificial intelligence provider to generate the result from your answers; the Check-up is calculated by the site itself.

Results are estimates based on what you told us. They do not replace a technical analysis of your case, are not a commercial proposal and do not guarantee outcomes. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies: review it before making decisions based on it.

5. Booking calls

The call with a specialist is free and with no commitment. The time is confirmed by our team or by the booking tool. If you need to reschedule or cancel, let us know at suporte@ueek.digital or through the invitation itself.

6. Intellectual property

The site's texts, trademarks, logos, illustrations, layout and code belong to UEEK or are used with permission. Client brands and images appear in the cases with their permission and remain theirs. You may not copy, reproduce or use this content for commercial purposes without written authorization.

7. Cases and site information

The cases describe real projects in summary form. Figures and results refer to each client's context and are not a promise of results for other projects. We do our best to keep the information accurate and up to date, but it may change without notice.

8. External links

The site may link to third-party sites and tools, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn and Microsoft Bookings. They have their own terms and policies, and UEEK is not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Limitation of liability

We work to keep the site online and secure, but it may be unavailable due to maintenance or reasons beyond our control. UEEK is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site or the inability to use it, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Hiring services

No information on the site is a binding offer. Hiring any UEEK service depends on a specific proposal and contract, which prevail over these terms on the matters they cover.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of Lages/SC, Brazil, have jurisdiction over any matter related to them, except where the law grants you a different forum.
