Privacy policy

Updated on 10/28/2026

This policy explains how UEEK Soluções Digitais ("UEEK", "we") handles the personal data of people who visit ueek.digital and fill in our forms, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018, LGPD).

1. Who the controller is

The data controller is UEEK Soluções Digitais, headquartered at R. Heitor Villa Lobos, 525, Orion Parque, room 203, Lages/SC, Brazil.

For any matter regarding privacy and personal data, including exercising your rights, contact us at suporte@ueek.digital.

2. What data we collect

We collect only what we need to reply to you and improve the site:

  • Data you provide in the forms (contact, call booking, service page, Urutau Sec, AI Map and Check-up): name, email, company, phone or WhatsApp, role, company size, message and the answers to each form.
  • Booking data: the day, time and time zone chosen for the call with a specialist.
  • Anonymous browsing data: pages viewed, active time, scrolling, sections viewed, button clicks, visit source (referrer and UTM), device type, screen size and language.
  • Technical security data: IP address and browser (user agent) at the moment a form is submitted, to prevent fraud and abuse.

3. Anonymous measurement, without cookies

The site uses its own first-party measurement, which does not use cookies and does not identify you. It stores a random visitor identifier (localStorage) and a session identifier (sessionStorage) in your browser. These identifiers contain no name, email or any other personal data.

We use this measurement to understand which pages and content are useful and to fix problems on the site. It is only linked to a person if you submit a form, when the submission is tied to the identifier of that visit.

You can delete these identifiers at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.

4. Google Analytics and PostHog

Google Analytics loads on every visit, without waiting for the cookie banner. Until you accept, it runs without cookies: it sends the page you visited without storing an identifier in the browser and without linking one visit to the next. If you accept, Google Analytics starts using cookies.

PostHog, a product analytics tool, loads only after you accept in the banner. If you decline or do not answer, PostHog is not loaded.

You can change your choice by clearing the site data in your browser, which shows the banner again. Declining again returns Google Analytics to the cookieless mode.

5. AI Map and Check-up answers

AI Map answers are sent to a third-party artificial intelligence provider, through an API, to generate your opportunity map. We send the questionnaire answers (such as industry, company size, processes and tools), not your name or email.

Avoid entering third parties' personal data, trade secrets or sensitive information in the open fields. The generated result is stored so you can access it on the result page and so our team can prepare the conversation with you.

The Check-up result is calculated by the site itself, with no data sent to AI providers.

6. What we use your data for

  • Replying to your message, preparing and holding the booked call and sending a proposal, when applicable.
  • Emailing you the result of the AI Map or the Check-up.
  • Sending UEEK communications and marketing content about AI, digital products and security. Every marketing email has a link to unsubscribe, and you can also ask to be removed by writing to suporte@ueek.digital.
  • Understanding how the site is used and improving pages, content and forms.
  • Protecting the site against spam, fraud and abuse, and meeting legal obligations.

8. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with vendors that help us operate, always limited to what is necessary:

  • CRM: the relationship management system where our team follows up on contacts and proposals.
  • Calendar: Microsoft Bookings and Microsoft Teams, to book and hold the call with a specialist.
  • Artificial intelligence: an AI model provider accessed by API, which receives the AI Map answers to generate the result.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics on every visit (cookieless until you accept; with cookies after you accept) and PostHog only if you accept cookies.
  • Infrastructure and email: hosting, database and email delivery services that keep the site running.

9. International transfers

Some of these vendors may process data outside Brazil. In those cases, the transfer follows what the LGPD allows, with vendors that adopt compatible security and data protection measures.

10. How long we keep data

We keep form data while there is a relationship with you or a legitimate interest in resuming contact, and until you ask for deletion or withdraw your consent. Anonymous measurement data is kept in aggregate form for analysis. We may keep some records for the period required by law.

11. Your rights

As a data subject, you can, at any time and at no cost:

  • confirm whether we process your data and access it;
  • correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
  • request anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in breach of the LGPD;
  • request portability of your data to another provider;
  • find out who we share your data with;
  • withdraw your consent and request deletion of the data processed based on it;
  • object to processing and file a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

12. How to exercise your rights

Send your request to suporte@ueek.digital, stating the email you used on the site. We may ask for some identity confirmation to protect your data. We reply as soon as possible, within the deadlines set by the LGPD.

13. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access control, protection against automated submissions and vendors with recognized security practices. No system is completely immune to incidents; if one occurs that may put you at risk, we will notify you and the ANPD, as required by law.

14. Children and teenagers

The site and our services are aimed at companies and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 18.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or the law. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. When a change is significant, we will let you know here or by email.
