Hudino Leads was born from a real pain experienced by people who attend entrepreneurship events. In these environments, lead capture is one of the most strategic activities, but the apps offered by the events themselves are usually slow, unstable, and unreliable for those who depend on them to generate business.
The problem became evident at several events: the entire first day of lead capture was lost because of system failures, data disappeared, and follow-up opportunities failed to happen. For those who invest time and money in these events to build business connections, this represents a high cost that is hard to ignore.
The problem
Event tools that don’t work for those who need to sell
Event-native apps promised security and organization for captured leads, but in practice they showed slowness, data loss, and a lack of continuity in the sales process.
Without a reliable tool, field representatives left events without visibility into the contacts made, the BDRs in the office were left waiting for information that arrived late or incomplete, and follow-up, when it happened, missed the ideal contact window.
The solution
A proprietary platform for lead capture, management, and activation
We developed Hudino Leads as a complete platform to cover the entire journey of a lead captured at an event, from the moment of approach to the first commercial contact.
The model works with credits: each contracting company acquires credits within the platform itself, and each credit corresponds to one lead. Field representatives use the system during the event to register contacts in real time. As soon as a lead is registered, it goes directly into the queue of the BDRs who are in the office, ready to continue the follow-up.
For leads classified as hot, the system automatically sends a WhatsApp message based on templates configured by the company itself, creating a sense of immediate response for the captured contact. Cold and warm leads also have specific templates, allowing personalized communication for each profile from the very first touch.
How it was developed
The entire project was built with AI-assisted engineering, covering everything from the PRD conception to the final delivery. AI was applied to:
structuring the PRD with modules, business rules, and user stories
creating layouts and interfaces with Claude
developing external integrations
implementing the security layer
assisted code generation throughout the entire cycle
The differentiator lies in the development model adopted: unlike a vibe code architecture, Hudino Leads was built with a project pattern oriented toward scalability, which ensures security, technical control, and room for evolution without sacrificing the agility that AI provides.
